Return Window
You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• All packaging must be in tact.
• In its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

• Final sale or clearance items

Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. If you requested an exchange or store credit, we will process it promptly.

Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective or we made an error, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if we provide a prepaid label.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Processing Time
